last day of the year of the Piggy . . .

half day of work or rather no work . . . haha. . . celebration is the same every yr . got a very cute card from my best friend at work place , a pack of sweets from someone I didnt expect . . haha

rush home after work , have a quick lunch & I am for my PT session 3, hmm…did quite some work…tiring, PT told me that my weight drop but not a really healthy way because I am losing muscle mass instead of fats . . . how ? ? ? ok will try to lose fats instead of muscle mass. . .
