hmm . . . remember the earlier post regarding “snake in the year of the rat” . . .

hmm…..seem like i am really “lucky”. injured my thumb on the 3rd day of new year and it seem abit serious, injury to the thumb’s ligament. so my thumb will be down for 2 weeks.

now got to do “hand spa” for 1 week, soak the injured thumb in hot medicated bath and wrap it up after that. just hope can recover soon, for sure this injury going to affect my gym schedule. cant seem to do my excerise in peace .
