after a nearly 3 weeks of break, is time to go back to work soon . . . to be exact is in 8 hrs time. how i wish it could be longer. got to face the reality and it will be a good 10 weeks , must be positive !! haha
anyway, today went to gym again . . .i am enjoying my gym sessions because it make me feel healthy. Well the PT has a target for me but then it seem that my body is not responding well to the training. seem that i am losing lean body mass instead of fats as i train. but start to have a little improvement today but fats is like not dropping much. anyway, after gym went walk around town. guess was too tired from the gym that i got no mood to really shop , just walking around enjoying the last day of the break before the hectic 10 weeks start again.
hmm…just to share a little piece of good news..hmm…maybe after this i will look healthy i.e double healthy (feel from gym and look from tan)….hehehe….
